4Ukraine is a great site with a lot of good info.

Ukrainesafehaven is a UCC initiative with partnership from IRCC.

The UCC is coordinating many efforts nationwide.  They have a listing of Ukrainian Schools here for example.  A facebook group of hosts has been setup here.

IRCC is our Federal Immigration Agency.  They have a hotline that can be reached at 613-321-4243.  Collect calls are accepted.  They have a webform here.

They also operate Visa Application Centres across europe.. those can be searched here.

Where to go?  Which province is best?  Depends a lot on your skills I think
